A Message from Our Founder
Before opening Final Touch Carpet & Upholstery Care, I was an owner of Kodiak Carpet Care until 2004. I decided to forge a new path on my own. My vision for Final Touch was to simply be known as the best cleaning company around. It has grown over the years to be known as the place to go if you wanted something done right the first time. There are no gimmicks, no fads and no hidden fees. We simply offer good old-fashioned knowledge and experience, great staff and state of the art equipment. We respect all clients, whether you are new or existing. I welcome all of Kodiak’s previous customers. We also bring with us B&M Clarke Furnace Cleaning. I invite all clients, regardless of which company in our group you contact. Since our area rug cleaning is so specialized and sought after, I created a new division called the Area Rug Cleaning Company to handle the unique requirements of the various types of rugs that we clean. We provide state of the art equipment and environmentally friendly products that are custom made for us. Our Kleenguard Protector comes from California and contains no PFOA or PFOS chemicals. It is also wool and silk safe. Our products are hypo-allergenic and ensure a safe environment for your family, pets or customers.
We offer both residential and commercial services. We are experts in the carpet cleaning industry including area rugs, upholstery, tile and grout, furnace, ducts and dryer vent cleaning.
Our highly trained and experienced technicians are completely dedicated to your satisfaction. While IICRC certification is important, and forms a solid base for the theory of fabrics and general industry knowledge, Final Touch Group of Companies takes it a step further. Our technicians go through a rigorous in-house training program designed to pick up where the IICRC training ends. Once the technicians complete the IICRC theory training, they are given the practical training necessary to master our sought after techniques. This ensures that they can offer the best quality possible. Our technicians are trained, mentored and encouraged to provide you with nothing but the best service. Once the in-house training is complete, only then will they be able to say they are fully qualified to meet your needs and the standards of our Final Touch Group of Companies.
